Alek's Banana Bread: Bread

Ingredients:

• 

  1 cup butter

• 

  2 cups sugar

• 

  6 very ripe bananas

• 

  4 eggs

• 

  2 1/2 cups flour

• 

  1 tablespoon salt

• 

  2 teaspoon baking powder

Step 1:

Grease two 9X5 loaf pans. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2:

Cream sugar and butter. Add bananas and eggs beaten.

Step 3:

Sift flour, salt and soda three times. Blend and add to banana mixture.

Step 4:

Turn batter into baking pans.Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.

Step 5:

Turn out to cook on rack.
