1812's Crabmeat Souffle: Appetizer-Snack

Prep time:50 minutes
Ingredients:
1 lb Back Fin Crabmeat
3 -4 8 oz Softened Cream Cheese Packages
4 Small Jars Hearts of Artichokes
2 Lemons (Juiced)
1 tablespoon Mayonaise
1 tablespoon Sour Cream
1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
1 teaspoon Dill (Powder)
1 teaspoon Rosemary (Powder)
1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Step 1:
Thoroughly mix all ingredients by hand.
Step 2:
Grease large casserole dish and spoon in mix
Step 3:
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees until "bubbely hot"
Step 4:
May garnish with Sharp Grated Cheddar or Parmesan Cheese.
