Madewood Pumpkin Lafourche: Side Dish

Ingredients:

• 

  1 can Pumpkin

• 

  3 cans Drained Yams

• 

  6 Medium Apples

• 

  2 cups Sugar

• 

  1 cup Golden Raisins

• 

  1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

• 

  1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

• 

  1/2 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

• 

  1 Stick of Butter

Step 1:

Peel, core and chop apples; set aside.

Step 2:

Mix pumpkin and yams until smooth.

Step 3:

Add apples, sugar, raisins, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg until blended.

Step 4:

Melt butter and mix thoroughly with other ingredients.

Step 5:

Bake at *350 for about 30 minutes.
