Middleton Quiche: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

• 

  6 Eggs

• 

  6 oz Heavy Cream

• 

  1 cup Shredded Chedder Cheese

• 

  2 oz Chopped Yellow Onion

• 

  2 oz Finely Chopped Red Bell Pepper

• 

  To taste Salt and Pepper

• 

  1 9 inch Pie Shell

Step 1:

Mix all ingredients but pie shell with whisp until smooth.

Step 2:

If desired, add in ingredients such as chopped ham, spinach, mushrooms, etc.

Step 3:

Pour into frozen pie shell

Step 4:

Bake at 325 degrees until firm, approx. 25-35 minutes
