Shrimp Egg Drop Soup: Soup

Prep time:10 mins
Ingredients:
quart chicken broth
12 frozen peeled shrimp
tsp soy sauce
tsp sesame oil
lg egg, beaten with 1 T water
2 green onion tops/chopped
Step 1:
Boil chicken broth.
Step 2:
Add shrimp until it turns pink. Take out of broth with slotted spoon.
Step 3:
Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Take off heat.
Step 4:
Pour in beaten egg. Wait 2 minutes and stir.
Step 5:
Serve with shrimp and green onions.
