The Dunlap-Eppinger house was built on the corner of Jefferson and Hull St. in 1808 and was relocated to Bay and Price St. in 1968. Our bed and breakfast was restored in an effort to preserve one of Savannah's historic homes. For the first time, we welcome travelers from all over the world.
