The Clinton Street Guesthouse is located in the heart of Portland’s southeast neighborhood. Our 1913 Craftsman style bed and breakfast offers authentic residential ambiance in a casual setting. Our four well appointed rooms are outfitted with luxurious bedding and lovely furniture. Each morning we serve a homemade breakfast that includes fresh pastries, seasonal farmer’s market products, eggs from our chickens, and local organic coffee and teas.

I have stayed at many b&b s and found this place to be so wonderful. I was visiting my son who lived about 2 miles from the guesthouse, so I was able to walk or use public transportation. The breakfasts were so well configured. Always fruit, eggs, yogurt, granola etc. if you had a dietary need, just ask. Beautifully presented. There is always tea, or coffee available. Very clean. The proprietress was extremely helpful with any questions I had. I had a great experience. Well worth the price!

Perfect rooms, perfect neighborhood with a food cart pod in walking distance. Loved the freedom of a key-less entry. Owners so non-intrusive, unless I needed something and they were always available. I HIGHLY recommend!

My fiance and I went to Portland in July 2011 (he asked me in Portland), and wanted to see that Portland was like so we stayed primarily at this B&B. The Clinton Street B&B looks like a normal house on the outside, but it is an amazing bed and breakfast place with an adorable back yard. Jason and Ann are very kind, attentative, and friendly. This B&B is VERY clean, peaceful, and charming. The breakfast is delicious, healthy, and during our stay they had really ripe and SWEET raspberries and melon, yummy quiche, OJ, soy milk because I am lactose intolerant, coffee, huge selection of tea, fresh muffin tops, all kinds of yummy things freshly made with really good ingredients; can't get anything close to this at a boring old hotel. Really amazing food. Parking was fine, the area was quiet. Reserve Rm #1 if you can. It is upstairs and is the master bedroom and has a nice outdoor patio area that was great for wine and chocolate in the evening. They have a fridge shelf you can use to store munchies too. Ask Jason or Ann for ideas on places to go; they're good with giving driving directions and their suggestions were wonderful too. They do have free wi-fi, but if you want a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of work, this is great.
