A standard non-refundable $25.00/room administration fee will be applied to your credit card in the event of any cancellation. Should you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee of the entire reservation will be charged to the credit card provided to secure the booking. If cancelled less than 3 days before your arrival date or you do not arrive at all, 100% of the entire reservation will be applied. In the event of early departure or a reduction in the number of nights originally confirmed 100% of the remaining reservation will be applied. This policy applies to each room reserved and charges are subject to applicable taxes. *Reservations held over Canadian Holidays, Special Events, local Festivals, Conferences or when reserving two or more rooms at a time will always require 7 full days notice of cancellation before your arrival date or 100% of the reservation will be charged* **A Cancellation fee will not be applied in the event that you reschedule your entire reservation, permitting the dates you choose are available.
