    The Elm suite is cozy and relaxing. Private bathroom, TV, wireless internet and plenty of room to sit in the comfy chair to read a good book.

    This Bed and Breakfast is Outstanding in every way!

    The rooms are charming, very spacious, exceptionally clean with comfortable beds and outstanding bathrooms. The Inn is very well constructed and the sheets, towels, etc. are of a higher quality than most hotels. The rooms at Cottonwood are nicer than any hotel rooms in Stillwater and the price is reasonable. The Innkeepers are so warm and welcoming, offering homemade cookies as well as other snacks and cold drinks at all times. Breakfasts are delicious featuring homemade bread, fruit and featuring wonderful egg dishes. My husband and I stayed at the Cottonwood one weekday last summer and three weekends this fall and have had very pleasant experience every time.

    caveat emptor

    Rules are randomly imposed and onerous, surprisingly child unfriendly, even pre-paid bill may change prior to departure for "taxes", every entrance or exit from the premises is questioned... Recommend careful contractual negotiations prior to multi-day or multi-room commitment.

    Thank you for providing a review we value guest comments and your suggestions. As stated in our policies we do not allow children under the age of 16, and perhaps that was not effectively conveyed to you, my apologies. Guests are required to register and unfortunately we were not aware of the individuals that would be staying, and only one guest registered. We make every effort to respect one's privacy, and your recommendations will be put into effect immediately. Lastly I am sorry there was a misunderstanding on the bill. As I remember I gave you the bill for the rooms and one of my staff was going to get additional items for you and yes I did not place the taxes on the bill you were given. This was a mistake on my part and I again apologize. Thank you for providing a high rating on our cleanliness we will strive to have high ratings on all the categories.

    Overnight to comfort!

    Our short stay was must delightful. Duke and Gail are very personalable . Our breakfast was terrific. We had stuffed french toast, plus egg and bacon. with coffee and juice. We stayed in the Redbud Room. The queen bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a walk in shower with a rainhead shower that my huband really liked. Some of the other rooms had a tub shower combination. The pictures were true to form. While our friends stayed in mediocre hotel rooms we really enjoyed ourselves.
