The owners are extremely nice people, very busy and engaged in the area business community. This isn't so much a bed and breakfast, so much as a boarding hotel in a quaint old house. I really enjoyed it. The house is lovely, full of beautiful antiques from the area, almost approaching a museum in the sense that the artifacts were owned by previous owners of the house. However, what some may dislike is that, at least at present, there is no "breakfast". But for me, this is fine, because the "breakfast" side of "bed and breakfast" is usually just a pile of starch and sugar, instant foods like cereal and donuts, hardly worth eating. This location is literally a three-minute walk from a full food store. So all you have to do is cross a parking lot, and buy whatever you want. There are two refrigerators, two microwaves, a full kitchen, and so on. So while it's not a typical bed and breakfast, and while the review system above doesn't quite do it justice, if you are trying to see Tuscarawas county, this is definitely a good choice.

The name bed and breakfast would seem to include some sort of breakfast for 130.00 a night. Your web sight was nice but we did not get what we expected. When we had to go buy our own toilet paper it became unacceptable. We will not be back.

In response to your review, in the listing, breakfast is available as an extra charge. When I am able to speak directly with a guest, I always ask. To date, no one has requested a meal. Additionally, my personal cell phone is given to each guest, as I do not live on the premise. Therefore if there is anything needed at all, just like a "front desk", services or product can be supplied immediately. Unlike a motel though, there is a supply closet where guests can get extra blankets, pillows, paper products, etc. I don't mean to sound defensive, but if I don't know your wants and needs, they can't be met. And a business can't be better without constructive criticism. To date I have never charged an unhappy customer for unsatisfactory service. So your concerns will certainly be looked at in order to improve the overall quality of service. Thank you for your concern.
