    Great place for the price!

    What a surprisingly great place to stay in Brooklyn! With the 1/2 mile walk to A train, you can get to the city in about 30 minutes. Guest house sits on a quiet street. Room was small, but we had a private bathroom, which was a nice size with a bath tub. If you want to visit NYC and want to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is a great place for you to stay!

    Great Choice

    Great Choice! I was very pleased with my stay. The house was very clean and new. I love the hard wood floors. You must take your shoes off after entering the house and the host had a basket of new slippers for each guest to wear. We received a complimentary continental breakfast that was based on our request which lasted for three days. There were plenty of stores down the block to purchase food. Good location, an easy walk to the subway about eight minutes. The ride on the train to each place we wanted to go was about 10 to 15 minutes. The host was warm, pleasant and helpful. The price was great and affordable. The room was cozy and had a private bathroom which was perfect. The other two bedrooms in the apartment had to share a bathroom. It was quiet. I really did not see or hear the other guests. I plan on coming back next year with a group of friends. We will rent the entire apartment and I will stay in the room with the private bathroom. Also, there was an apartment on the third floor that a family rented. I bumped into them a couples of times coming back at night. They were also quiet. My stay was pleasant and enjoyable, a great choice!!

    Outstanding Stay

    This was such a nice, clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay. Thais was very pleasant, helpful, made sure that I had what I needed and gave some terrible recommendations about the neighborhood. I highly recommend this place!!
