"As a business traveler, I was seeking a quiet and comfortable inn at a reasonable rate and in an easy location. I found the Woodstocker Inn to meet those requirements but so much more. My reservation was immediately upgraded from a queen to king room, to my delight. And the bathroom was to die for...a one of a kind pebble inlaid tub with rainshower. It was difficult to decide whether to shower or bathe so I did both. The entire inn was impeccably clean and I was particularly impressed with David and Dora's green orientation. Great idea to request that outside shoes be removed and though a little off putting when considering the weather in February, it was not at all incovenient, I found, when I arrived. Daisy was an excellent greeter! Breakfast was superb. The homemade granola and fruit compote outstanding and the herbed scrambled eggs were perfection. Dora was a pleasure to talk with and David surprised me with a tin of beans to give to my British born hubby (who couldn't join me) as a gesture to a fellow Brit. Brilliant! I will definitely return, husband in tow next time."
