    Uno de los grandes placeres de visitar las montañas se halle en un albergue de montaña clásico. Los viajeros de montaña han dormido pacíficamente en nuestras camas confortables, aclamaron acerca de nuestros alimentos & sacudió en nuestros porches desde 1946. Encaramado a 3.200 pies en un bosque de la ladera por encima de la ciudad de Waynesville Artes y artesanías, el Inn se siente aislado. Aún de este refugio de montaña, huéspedes pueden establecida para aventuras como senderismo, ciclismo, trucha de canotaje, golf, pesca, paseos a caballo, el ferrocarril de Great Smoky Mountains y el Biltmore Estate. Un incendio de cortes, velas, flores frescas y comensales de deleite de cocina ganador de premio fabuloso. No hay nada más guste en las montañas!

    Wonderful Anniversary

    We went to the Inn to eat for our anniversary. The service was great and the food was out of this world. A rustic, beautiful Inn. We had an amazing time. We did not spend the night as we are local, but the place is amazing and I would suggest it to anyone.

    lovely staff, accommodating and pleasant, room was simple yet comfortable, clean and peaceful - I recommend staying here and plan to return, it is an easy drive to WCU

    A quiet get-away

    The room was clean and my cat enjoyed it so much that she did not want to leave. It was quiet and peaceful in which my husband I were looking for after working so hard all year. The food was absolutely fab and the people were really nice and attentive.

    Our Favorite Getaway!

    We LOVE staying at the Old Stone Inn in Waynesville and typically are there for a long stay around July 4th each year. The best fireworks experience we've ever had is right down the road from the Inn at Lake Junaluska. This is a huge lake surrounded by mountains and people from all over gather for picnic and fireworks. The air is still a bit crisp at night but warm during the days at this time of year, so it is perfect for enjoying the big porches and open windows at the Inn. I sleep like a baby here, and feel like a king with each meal experience in the Inn's dining room. If you've never stayed here, you are really missing out. Once you do, you will be back year after year...

    Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious and the service was great! Rooms were adequate, but could have been a little cleaner. I suggest adding a rug, it would be so much warmer to the feet!

    Quaint, peaceful and delicious!

    Chose to stay at the Old Stone Inn for a work trip. I didn't want a 'standard' hotel and wanted something more unique and peaceful. Old Stone fit the bill. It is a true mountain inn and a tad rustic in the no AC, great windows, wood beams stone walls and quilts sort of way but not roughing it at all. In fact, it was my most peaceful night of sleep in a long time. I went to the restaurant for dinner - divine meal by a roaring fire - and for the free breakfast. The breakfast was great - I got to eat what I wanted, when I wanted at a table by myself. I will be thrilled to bring people back to Old Stone - and soon. GO!

    Three Great Days at The Old Stone Inn

    We found the Old Stone Inn on the internet and after reading their very accurate and honest description of rooms and location, we made reservations. Just returned from a 3 day trip to Waynesville and Asheville and stayed with Old Stone Inn all 3 nights. Had a wonderful time, very relaxing, great breakfasts and a great staff. We highly recommend it.
