El Inn, impecablemente limpio y con hospitalidad personal, ofrece un respiro de paz en el corazón de la hermosa villa de Cooperstown. This lovely two-room suite can accommodate up to three guests. Separate sitting room with full wet bar including a small refrigerator and coffee maker as well as a sleeper sofa that can accommodate one person. The bedroom area is separated from the sitting room with french doors and has a queen size poster bed. This suite also has wireless internet access, flat screen television, ensuite, private tiled bathroom with tub/shower, individually controlled heat/air conditioning, plush towels, quality bath amenities, and hairdryer. Rates shown are for two, add $25/night for third person.

My husband and I and one of our favorite couples stayed two nights at the Inn last November the weekend after we married. What an absolutely lovely B & B with a fresh breakfast, a calm ambience and a beautiful setting. Cooperstown is such a little gem, with wonderful restaurants, museums and breweries. (We don't do baseball, and we still love it here). The hosts were extremely accommodating and we felt very welcome.

Went for a quick winter retreat to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame. This Inn sets the bar for others to aspire to. The rooms were spotless and well appointed, the Innkeepers and Staff were so very welcoming and accomodating and the location doesn't get better. The breakfast is more than adequate and delicious...The only "issue" I had was the fact that not all rooms have television yet - but they are addressing it. I have been to enough bed and breakfast to know a gem when I see one. Don't hesitate to stay here.

An excellent B and B, with great location and staff attitude. But don't go there if you're expecting a hotel. If your emphasis is rocking on their veranda or feeling the charm of an old-style setting, then by all means, pay up (boy, will you) and check in.. But if you're used to a hotel, stay far away from this place. Room has no TV, is small, and has thin walls and ceilings. I had the couple above me walk a couple of marathons with constant pounding coming through from above for most of one night. I could also clearly hear conversations of others in the hallway. And, the room became frigid from a lack of heat. The only thing in line with a decent hotel was the rate, $200 per night. Just be aware of what a B and B offers, and if those intangible things are of value to you. They absolutely weren't to me, and despite the great attitude of the staff, it was incredibly overpriced. This regretful loss of so much dollars was my fault. I didn't know what I was buying. Now that I do, I'll go back to the Best Westerns or Holiday Inn Expresses. They, incidentally, would have cost me half of what I shelled out here. This is an excellent Bed and Breakfast. I just would have been much better off at an average or so-so hotel or motel, many of which are located just minutes away,

My husband and I stayed 2 night, I will never stay there again this inn is in The Registry Book, it is to be up scale place. I couldn't get water or ice, the entire TV, room book room was locked at 10:00pm. Breakfast what a joke the second day we went to the bakery on the corner if was fresher then there. I thought the coffee was left over from the day before. no kidding people. The grounds were terrible, the parking lot was terrible. I would have better to sleep outside in a tent. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are sorry to read that this guest did not enjoy their stay at the inn. We wish they would have come to us with their issues as we are typically able to resolve any problems on the spot. This in turn allows the guest to enjoy the rest of their stay in Cooperstown. We are perplexed by the comments regarding ice and water as our front desk area is staffed until 11 pm every night and sometimes later during the summer months which are high season in Cooperstown. The sitting rooms, where the television, games, books, etc. are located, are never locked. These rooms do not have doors. The Inn at Cooperstown serves an expanded continental breakfast that includes a hot egg entrée, fresh fruit salad, yogurt, assorted cereals and granola, homemade muffins, toast (fresh bread from a local bakery), assorted juices, tea and fresh brewed coffee. The coffee is purchased from a local roaster who has the most highly regarded coffee shop in the area. The inn brews the coffee fresh every morning. Our muffins are also baked fresh every morning just before breakfast starts. We are disappointed that this guest did not enjoy the breakfast that we typically receive many favorable comments on. In regards to the grounds for the inn and the parking lot, again we are perplexed by these comments as we have never in our 6 years of ownership heard anything but positive comments on the park-like front lawn of the inn and spacious off-street parking. Our lawn is maintained weekly by a professional lawn care service and the flowers and plants are the product of the best local green house and professionally planted in the window boxes and hanging baskets that adorn our beautiful front porch.
