We arrived a bit early on a Sunday, and were met by Terric and the other housekeeper (I cannot remember her name). We were given a quick tour and shown to our room-which was GORGEOUS! We stayed in room 2, the Lord Granville Suite-and it far exceeded our expectations. The spa tub/rain shower was great-although to really understand how it works, we had to play around with the settings. The bed was super comfortable, and I did not want to leave! The front porch is great for sitting, reading or just relaxing, and we spent many hours out there during our 2 day stay. Most of the places to eat are closed Sunday night, so Giuliano made us dinner, and Terric served us. The dinner was excellent, and Terric made us feel at home with the many different conversations we had. We used the complimentary bicycles to explore Edenton, however the inn is not water-front. This was no big deal, as it was an easy 2-block walk. There was a TV in our room which made relaxing in the evening great. The breakfasts were really tasty, with a choice of 4 different options each morning. Complimentary wine and cheese, along with the chocolate around the house and guest's kitchen were a huge plus. I would absolutely recommend staying at the Parsonage, and I hope to return for a little bit longer of a stay next time!

We stayed at The Parsonage during a trip celebrating our 25th anniversary. We very much enjoyed our stay. The Inn is charming. Our room was beautifully appointed. The location is ideal, easy walking distance to the historic downtown. And breakfast was nothing short of superb. We're pleased to recommend The Parsonage.

Our stay in Edenton was punctuated by our stay at The Parsonage Inn. Giuliano and his entire staff were friendly and helpful. The location was within walking distance of Historic Downtown. We will recommend The Parsonage Inn to all our friends and when we return will stay again with them.

Highly recommended. This past weekend my wife and a couple friend of ours spent two nights in this delightful Inn. The breakfast choices and quality of preparation was outstanding. Mr. Terric was an exceptional host and waiter for our full breakfast meal. Mr. GiuLiano, the proprietor, was a gracious host. The ammenities, from the wine and cheese cocktails to the interesting whirlpool bath tubs were very enjoyable and the beds very comfortable. We highly recommend this Inn.

Before our trip we had reviewed all the B&B choices in Edenton. We are so glad we chose The Parsonage Inn! The residence is well maintained and very clean. As soon as we pulled in the drive, Teric was there to greet us with a smile and a warm welcome. We felt comfortable and at home immediately. Everything that we needed to relax and enjoy our stay was available to us. Giuliano and Teric are wonderful hosts and Giuliano's breakfast is the best around!

All we can say is "WOW, WOW"!! My husband and I had the pleasure of staying two nights here at "The Parsonage INN", and what an awesome time we had while staying here. We are Pastors from Michigan and have been ministering in N.C. for a week, and we truly needed this rest here at the "Inn". We must truly say that from walking into this place, the spirit of "Excellence" met us at the door!! Our rooms were just awesome, the dining room, & the food was totally great. Our hats go off to GiuLiano,(Innkeeper/Proprietor) who was there for us during our entire stay, and who prepared our breakfast for us. Then we were blessed to have "Teric & Kim" who invited & welcomed us. Teric you did an awesome job of taking care of us, & Kim, just your warm friendly smile made all the difference. We just love you all!! We highly recommend "The Parsonage Inn" to anyone who visits Edenton, N.C., and please patronage GiuLiano by purchasing his "COOKBOOK", lots of wonderful recipes!! While we did do a fair amount of research for our trip of the Carolinas, we underestimated Edenton...not only did we find the town friendly, and interesting we just happened to book a room at the Parsonage Inn which turns out to be a vacation highlight! Our room was well appointed, we had a lazy rainy night in Edenton, but the warm welcome from Giuliano and Teric made up for the unseasonable cold. We enjoyed it immensely...breakfast was delicious and we could not leave without purchasing a cookbook...we would highly recommend The Parsonage Inn. Karen & Kevin, Hull, MA

My partner and I came here recently for a couple night visit to celebrate our anniversary and greatly enjoyed our stay. It was our first time in Edenton and so we appreciated the location - within easy walking distance to downtown and nestled right in some very historic neighborhoods of beautiful old houses. The breakfasts were good, if a bit much food, but with nice variety. We both found that some of the fruit in our fruit salads had gone off, which was disappointing, but not enough to ruin the experience by any means, as the other breakfast offerings were good. The room was very well furnished with a beautiful antique antique four poster bed and day bed, as well as a couple of chairs, dresser and dressing table. The bathroom had been very recently updated to include a sauna/whirlpool tub/rainforest shower, which we looked forward to on booking the room. Alas when we tried it out, we couldn't get it to dispense anything but scalding hot water, even with the temperature knob turned as cold as it would go. We mentioned this to the Innkeeper, who said he'd look into it, but when we tried it again the next day we had the same result. It appears to be a neat unit, but we were unable to enjoy all it had to offer, and would have preferred even just a normal shower had the temperature control been working. The innkeeper was a gracious host who offered suggestions on occasion, but mostly left us to do our thing, which suited us fine. We would recommend this Inn to any coming to Edenton.

This was my first time in Edenton and I was there for a conference. The Parsonage Inn had an economical room that allowed me to stay there instead of the generic hotel on the highway. I had the smallest room, which was good for one person or two. But this inn had the BEST breakfast and other amenities. There was a guest kitchen and with sodas and snacks, wine and cheese at night, and so much more. And I loved the ability to borrow a bike and ride around. I would stay here again!!!!
