Bayberry Inn

We have used this property for lodging and for a special gathering for a meal. Everyone I have talked with has been delighted, too.

I was staying in another B and B and wanted to extend my stay in the region of Plymouth. They were complete but I was lucky enough that Michael and Catherine had a place for me. My room was big, clean, sunny and cozzy. The bathroom that was apointted to it was also big, clean and very sunny. The old house is charmong and the surroundings are fabulous. It is near all the main attractions of Plymouth, which was great also. Very quiet place. I slept like a stone. The breakfast was really good, very cutely presented and served with charm, warmth and a hint of "je ne sais quoi". Michael, who is canadian as I am, also was cute enough to greet me with a few words in french, which felt good i must admit... He and Catherine are very nice and sweet hosts... I will definitely be back... I found a piece of paradise!!

Bayberry is a B&B where the owners truly know how to create the welcoming atmosphere that makes for a pleasant stay.

We had this great inn as our "resting spot" for our wedding weekend. Cathy & Michael put us up along with 3 pairs of our friends so that we hed the entire inn. Everything exceeding our expectations and our hopes! This place is simply the best place we've ever stayed! Everything about the inn, the service we received and Cathy & Michael as inn keepers was over the top! We are making this our annual annaversary visit. I could go on and on about how great our stay there was but I save the details. Let it suffuce to say that everything about the Bayberry; food, cleanliness, rooms, atmosphere and SERVICE was the best you could hope for! Cathy and Michael should open a school on how to run an inn. I am not sure where they fund the energy to do all that they do to run such a fantastic place but I am so gald they do like they do and that we discovered this gem of an inn. My sisters and I enjoyed our stay so much. Innkeepers were very friendly and helpful - clean home - great accommodations - delivered coffee to us in AM too.

Our first time at a B&B and we couldn't have picked a better spot. The house has a great history (recently saved and restored), beautiful views and great owners. Rooms were comfy and the price was right.

The Bayberry B&B is the standard fo all top end B&B's in terms of quality of service, location (central and quiet) and fantastic cuisine. The hosts, Michael and Cathy aer warm, kind people.I would stay here if visiting Boston and take the train into the city. His breakfast are not to be missed!

Very enjoyable 2 night stay. Food good. Mike & Cathy very friendly and accommodating. Had adjoining rooms with other couple in our party which was nice.

What I will always remember is the easy friendliness of the host & hostess & the exceptionally beautiful (tasteful) presentation of their delicious breakfasts.

Outstanding. Very relaxing. Clean, well appointed. Yummy food, creatively prepared and served. Colorful flowers and well manicured landscape, wrap around porch. The house is gently perched on a hill - overlooking the water. Plymouth is interesting historically of course ....and there are some good restaurants. It is a slight hike to downtown Plymouth though - but there is a cut through street and path. Walking it is about 10 to 15 minutes. For a day trip - Cape Cod is less than 30 to 60 minutes away depending on which town you visit. Michel and Kathy are delightful hosts. Enjoy.

A last minute, serendipitous selection for our anniversary, Mike and Cathy put together a wonderful romantic experience on 20 hours notice. The penthouse was quiet, spacious and well-appointed. Our special request for chocolate dipped strawberries was filled to perfection.

A lovely atmosphere and the rooms are so comfortable. Are is quiet and you just do not want to leave!

We booked the Bayberry Inn at the last moment and are very glad we did. The service was excellent and we got a beautiful two bed suite for less than a hotel room.

The inn is Beautiful, clean, and quiet with great locatiosn to the town. The innkeepers Mike and Cathy are the most friendly and acomodating I have ever experienced.

This B&B is very well sitautaed by the water and all the main attractions. The home is beautiful and the innkeepers are friendly. we found our room to be a little small and had a hard creaky bad. There are also no looks on any of the rooms, and it tended to be a bit noisy. We were disapointed by the lack of amenties and will not stay here again.

Great stay! Innkeepers were very nice and accommodating to our grandchildren.

Very comfortable, great hosts, very clean and wonderful breakfasts.

This is a wonderful B&B. The owners Michel and Cathy are wonderfully friendly and accommodating. It is conveniently located to Plymouth Plantation, the Mayflower II and good dining. The breakfasts are awesome!

Mike and Cathy were the most personable couple ever.

Our hosts gave us many little attentions to make sure we were comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding and different every day.

My husband and I celebrated our engagement in Aug of 2006 at the Bayberry Inn. This was our first time staying in a Bed and Breakfast. We truly enjoyed our stay at the Bayberry. The Inn is simply beautiful, and we enjoyed relaxing on the porch and talking with Mike and Cathy. There were fresh-cut flowers in the room, and the strawberries and champagne we ordered in the evening were delicious. My husband and I still talk about the breakfast on the porch prepared by Mike. It was romantic and delicious. The Bayberry Inn has set the standard for all other Bed and Breakfast Inns that we've stayed at around the country - we haven't found a better one yet. Mike and Cathy truly love their inn, and make every effort to accommodate their guests and feel welcome. We hope to return with our children one day.
