    Nogal Negro Point Inn está ubicado en el extremo de la Isla Tilghman en 57 hectáreas de una reserva natural frente al mar.     Solitude & Sanctuary....

    As we began the half-mile trip down the gravel driveway that led to the entrance to the Black Walnut Point Inn, we were not sure what to expect. What we got was a little touch of heaven surrounded by the tranquility of the water, the beauty of the gardens and the peace of the birds' song. The Inn is quaint and charming, holding fast to its 1840's beginning. Stunning views of the Chesapeake Bay or the Choptank River can be had from every room in the main house. Each room is unique in size and design; our stay in the lovely Talbot Room was very comfortable with plenty of amenities; candles, clean towels and linens, even shampoo, etc. in the bathroom. Breakfast is included and even though we were tempted to sleep in, it was worth getting up for that great coffee, spiced blueberry pancakes and egg casserole with country ham and asparagus. Delightful! It was wonderful to stroll around the grounds, take a swim, and to have time to take a nap in a hammock while pretending to read a book. And that sunset!!! Picture postcard perfect!! It is worth the visit just to experience that awesome work of nature! But by far, the absolute best part of a stay at the Black Walnut Point Inn was getting to know our innkeepers, Bob and Tracy. They are charming, entertaining and willing to do whatever it takes for guests to have a great experience. They also have a great respect for the privacy of guests who just want to revel in solitude. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

    What a wonderful time away from my hectic life! Althiugh we braved wind and rain the two days I was a guest little difference did that make. I napped, read and enjoyed hearty breakfasts with Bob and Tracy. Chilly outside but I felt the warmth of a very peaceful environment.I will definitely return! Thank you again, Jenna Lane

    I found this place adorable and beyond lovely. I would stay there whenever possible. It is a delightful change from your run of the mill bed and breakfast. The owner's are so considerate and endearing. You could want for nothing more. They meet any need and are so attentive. They have a wonderful staff and I am delighted to refer them to anyone I know, or don't know for that matter. I cannot wait to return for my next getaway.

    En la parte superior de la escalera de nuestra peculiar en el tercer piso, nuestro refugio es una reminiscencia de una cabina de barco con construido en el pecho a cada lado de la chimenea. Uno mira hacia abajo a dos aguas de la bahía hacia el sur, y el otro ofrece una vista panorámica del santuario y la cala de nuevo. Con un baño separado con baño, el futón reina en la sala superior ofrece a sus propios puntos de vista a dos aguas de un rincón tranquilo para leer, o que pueden dormir dos personas más.

    Tejo de la cabina del árbol

    A la sombra de nuestro árbol de 150 años de edad, el tejo, el porche privado con vistas a la piscina y por el punto bajo los olmos chinos. Con una cocina completa baño, por separado y una cama matrimonial, todas las ventanas que dan a una vista inigualable de la amplia desembocadura del río Choptank. La chimenea mantiene el frío, y todas las cabinas tienen aire acondicionado, televisores y reproductores de video DVD.

    El cedro rojo de la cabina

    Como todos los de nuestras cabañas, cedro rojo es aromáticamente con paneles de pino nudoso y tiene su propia defender-en el porche.     Árbol de pino de la cabina

    Cabina Pine Tree es totalmente accesible para discapacitados con una rampa y una ducha en el baño sentado ampliada. El porche de más cercana al agua, y proporciona la mejor vista de la salida del sol sobre el cuello de la barra y Choptank.

    Dream Wedding

    I can't say enough good things about the Black Walnut Point Inn, and the innkeepers, Tracy & Bob. The location was gorgeous and both Bob & Tracy went out of their way to ensure we had all we needed for our perfect wedding. They were attentive to our requests, gracious hosts, and generally a lot of fun! The Inn is tucked away in a beautiful setting and the views are majestic. Oh and yes, the food was wonderful I highly recommend The Black Walnut Point Inn for your wedding, or even for a work retreat. You will be in excellent hands!!!

    Peace and tranquility at its best

    Wonderful service, spectacular view of the water from every window in our cabin and very clean!!! Loved every minute of it! The hosts made us feel so welcome too! We were even able to add delish crab cakes to our stay in our private cabin. We never had to leave as we had everything we needed and lots of peace and tranquility. Breakfast was wonderful as well! Will be going back in a few months!!!

    My Best friend's wedding

    My best friends decided on a last minute wedding at the amazing venue. Bob and Tracy made the event fantastic. It was a small intimate wedding with just close friends. Breakfest was delicious and beds were comfortable. I would suggest this lively island get away to all my friends, family, and coworkers.
