Snow Muffins

Ingredientes

  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Lightly Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoons Margarine, Melted
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Snow
  • 3/4 cup Raisins or Currants

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 F. 12-cup muffin pan, greased
  2. In a bowl combine Flour, Brown Sugar, Baking Powder & Salt; Mix well.
  3. Add Melted Margarine and Milk. Mixture will be lumpy.
  4. Quickly add Snow & Raisins/Currants; stir just until blended.
  5. Spoon batter into muffin pan, dividing evenly. Bake 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
