Egg/French Bread Souffle

Ingredientes

  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 1 3/4 cups French Bread Cut in Cubes
  • 1 cup Sausage or Bacon
  • 1 cup Chedder or mixed Cheeses

  1. Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard together until eggs are well mixed. Add bread, sausage and cheese. Stir. Put in refrigerator overnight in covered casserole.
  2. Bake next morning at 350 degrees until top has puffed up and is lightly browned. It usually takes 30- 45 minutes.
