French Baked Pancake

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 lb cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can blueberry pie filling
  • 1 can blueberry syrup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange rind

  1. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. Mil milk alternately with flour and baking powder into butter mixture. Pour half the batter into a well greased 9 X 13 inch baking dish. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix cottage cheese, 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons melted butter and 1 teaspoon salt. Pour over filling in pan. Top with the remaining batter. Bake 50 to 60 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Top with blueberry sauce and sour cream sauce. Serves 8 - 9
  3. Mix blueberry pie filling with blueberry syrup
  4. Mix sour cream, powdered sugar, and orange rind.
  5. Cut pancake into squares and top with blueberry sauce and a dollop of sour cream sauce
