Ingredientes

  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Melted Butter
  • 3 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 3 Peeled, Cored, and Sliced Tart Apples
  • 1/2 cup Raisins
  • 1 Loaf Sour Dough Baguette
  • 6 Fresh Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk

  1. Combine brown sugar, butter and 1 tsp cinnamon in a 9" x 12" baking dish. Add apples and raisins, toss to coat well. Spread mixture over bottom of baking dish. Arrange sliced bread on top.
  2. Mix eggs, milk, vanilla, and 2 tsp cinnamon. Pour over bread, soaking bread completely. Cover and refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.
  3. Bake, covered with foil, 40 minutes at 375 degrees. Uncover, bake 5 minutes. Serve warm.
