"This bed and breakfast is a true gem. When I arrived in the late afternoon, I was warmly greeted by both of the two sisters who are the owners and hostesses. The offered me cookies, cheese and fruit, and wine. The bed and breakfast unit is over the garage and separate from the main house, so it is very private. The unit is very large, with high ceilings, and a loft with an extra bed + trundle. There are three balconies. The whole unit is filled with light, and the ocean breezes provide great ventilation. The breakfasts are delicious, with plenty of fresh fruit. The hostesses are happy to tailor the breakfasts to individual taste. They are also very knowledgeable about what to do and see in Venice and the surrounding area. Palms Guest House definitely deserves five stars. I cannot recommend it highly enough."
