    Fantastic get away!

    My wife and I had a fantastically calm time at Circle S. The place is just ~20 minutes away from the city, but far enough to lose cellphone signal. Perfect to just "get away" from all the "hustle and bustle" of the city with very few interferences. It's been too long since i've sat in a comfy lounge chair with a good book. The staff bent over backwards to keep us happy, and everyone was very pleasant (even the dog!). One night, me and my wife had a very relaxing time just sipping complimentary margaritas while figuring out a jigsaw puzzle in front the fireplace! The food is amazing as well. The chef is very gifted, although the buffet style meals leave much to be desired. We had a pasta meal prepared just for us and it was AMAZING. I would say it was the best pasta i've ever had (and my family is italian, sorry mom!).

    Wonderful relaxing weekend

    My husband an I enjoyed a wonderful weekend at the inn! The staff was friendly an made our stay very relaxing for us! We enjoyed long walks, picnics, an wonderful evening dinners by the fire! The circle s ranch is a great way to getaway an forget about all the stress in our daily lives! I would recommend to any of my friends an family to come stay here!

    We would do it again in a heartbeat!

    My daughter and her now-husband shopped far and wide for the perfect place for their wedding and the Circle S was just that -- perfect. We filled the 12 room guest house for 3 days with family and very closest friends. We were fed and pampered day and night. Hired school buses shuttled the big crowd to and from Lawrence hotels. Circle S staff fed them, too. Everyone loved being in truly rural Kansas. The setting was idyllic. The accommodations were ideal. There was so much space that everyone could make themselves comfortable indoors (air conditioned) and out (rock band and fireworks far enough away from sleeping rooms that no one minded). Our photos and videos are so fabulous that we still thrill to see them months later. Buffalo. Starry nights. Luxurious extras like fresh flowers and chocolate dipped strawberries in our rooms. Open access to store our own groceries to supplement the good food we were served for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Immaculate rooms. (No closets!) Exceptionally lovely decor and design with clever extras like a galvanized shower stall in one room and an extra indoor living area with a stocked fridge. Super-helpful staff, early morning to late-late night. No detail was left untended. It was an amazing place celebrate a wedding. Now, I want to take a bunch of girlfriends to the Circle S for a slumber party!

    If you can not afford to leave the state of Kansas for a romantic getaway, you MUST go to the Circle S Ranch! This place is AMAZING! It is beautiful, relaxing, open prairie land, animals like buffalo, horses, ponies, and long horns! The food is out of this world! There are fireplaces and 2 person Jacuzzi tubs in the huge rooms! And there is even a Jacuzzi in the Silo attached to the Inn. Most Amazing place in Kansas for sure! If you are looking for a wedding, corp event, family reunion, or girls weekend the Ranch is where I would go. Outstanding place!
