    Casetta Le Sorgenti (Cottage Springs) is situated in Montignoso in a splendid hillside position, 500 meters above sea level, near Castelfalfi, Montaione and Gambassi Terme. The surrounding area is known for its scenery, forests and hills alternating with the typical Mediterranean vegetation, and for its thermal springs. An ideal place for relaxing, to discover the many artistic, historical and cultural sites and, why not, eno-gastronomic itineraries, visiting wineries and vineyards of Chianti and most famous Tuscan wines . Surrounded by woodland, within walking distance, is the Shrine of Montignoso, also known as the little Italian Fatima, a pilgrimage with its famous famous Presepio. Within minutes you can reach: Gambassi Terme with its spa surrounded by a beautiful park of ancient trees, San Gimignano, UNESCO world heritage with its historic medieval towers, Volterra, famous Etruscan site. Less than an hour's journey, you can reach main cities in Tuscany: Florence, Siena, Pisa and Lucca.
