"I must admit, I'm not much of a B&B person- had the impression that they were all the same- small, Victorian with heavy furniture, decorating and accessories right out of the 19th century. The Inn at English Meadows was TOTALLY different....not what I expected at all.....clean, contemporary and modern with a European influence! What a memorable experience! The rooms are well appointed and the toiletries were what you would expect at a 5 star hotel. The breakfast was the most impressive highlight....food that was exceptional.....better than many restaurants I've been to around the country. Fresh salmon eggs benedict one day and unbelievable blintzes the next....all home made by the chef/owner- Liz.
