Cool Breeze Bed and Breakfast

This was my first time staying at a bed and breakfast, so I didn't know what to expect. One of the main reasons I stayed here was for the price and for the history. The home is beautiful and I felt right at home with Katelin, Dave, and their little dog. I stayed in the McGuffey room which was very spacious and comfortable. They have wifi and satellite TV, which was nice. Katelin was a gracious host and prepared breakfast for me which included pancakes, eggs, and english biscuits (I'm traditional, what can I say). I enjoyed talking with Dave... both of them seem very interested in history. If you're looking to get away from the chain hotel and stay at a place that feels like home, I can definitely recommend Cool Breeze. I hope to stay again soon on my next visit to Evansville.

Evansville, IN is so fortunate to have such a beautifully appointed and relaxing B&B in Cool Breeze Estates. Katelyn and David, the owners, were gracious, warm hosts and made my week stay in this Midwestern town enjoyable and relaxing even in my busy work week!

First ever stay at a B&B so we didn't know what to expect. Our hosts could not have been nicer nor more accomodating.. It was almost like being at home - but better. Obviously I can't speak for other B&B's, but we would not hesitate to stay at this inn on our next trip to Evansville. Thank you David and Caitlin. for sharing your home.

We had an excellent stay at Cool Breeze. Katelin & David have a beautiful home, with comfortable rooms and beds. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying. Buffy, the greeter dog, is a gem, happy when we arrived & sad when we left. If we are ever through Southern Indiana again, we will definitely stay here!

Great B&B, very clean, romantic, excellent breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay. Very nice & relaxing. I highly recommend especially if you need a little R & R. Breakfast was wonderful as well.

We were told we were booked in one room, but when we arrived we were given a different room. It was OK but not what we wanted.
