We rented the Picadilly for my husbands 50th birthday. We toured the condo prior to booking and found the space to be accurately described and pictured online. However during our tour several statements were made as to what would come with the rental that were not delivered. First off we were shown a garage but we were not allowed access to it and no compensation or apology provided. We were also not given advance notice that it was not available. This was an issue as there were homeless people living outside in their parking lot, while we were trying to unload our things in the snow, it was snowing and we have new luxury cars that we did not feel safe parking in an open lot. We were also told we would receive parking passes for our guests. When I called to ask them to send me the passes so I could get them to my guests I was told I would get 2 of them at check in and no mention of garage. I complained profusely and they did me a one time favor and provided four for the gated lot only and mailed them to me. My other guests got to park on the street where ever they could find an open space. Even though they bill the space for parties it is very inconvenient for events. Your guests cannot access the locked building and they won't provide the access code until 3pm day of check in. So you are forced to call or text guests last minute. Secondly you cannot take the elevator to the penthouse without a key fob so I had my guests get off at 8 and walk up a back fire escape and left the fire door open. Lastly they provide one fob to open the gated parking lot. So again I was forced to go outside with my four special guests who got a parking pass

There are no really nice places to stay in Indy but the Picadilly was excellent and is extremely nice.

The Piccadilly Penthouse is a beautiful place and the view at night of the city is an added bonus. I reserved the place for two nights to celebrate my 40th birthday. I had a few minor issues. The first night we were there the rooms were over 80 degrees. I called the maintenance and they were quick to respond to my call even late on Friday night. It was just a tripped breaker. It was a little dirty and dusty. The floors could have used a extra cleaning prior to my stay. I am a bit of a neat freak so it is likely I am the only one who noticed. There was a bad storm that came through and it destroyed the pergola which was disappointing but obviously, no one was as fault. I am still in the process of resolving the hold for the damage deposit. Ron was very apologetic and helpful in trying to get it resolved. If the staff was not so gracious and helpful I would have been a bit frustrated over the minor issues. I highly recommend staying there as it is a very pleasant unique option. I have a number of people who are looking into staying there for various events and I will continue to suggest the Piccadilly as an option for anyone coming from out of town to Indianapolis.
