  At Hacienda La Esperanza we try to remain flexible and accommodating to the needs of our guests; we understand that things can "go wrong". Once a deposit is received and the reservation is confirmed, we will require at least 14 days notice to cancel a reservation in order for a full refund. Cancellations received fewer than 14 days prior to arrival are subject to restrictions. Most often, we will fully refund a deposit (minus a $15 processing fee) if the room is rebooked. Gift certificates in the amount of the deposit/room can also be issued for canceling guests (or their guests) to enjoy a future visit with us. PAYMENT METHODS: Master Card, VISA, American Express, or Cash. No personal checks please.
