"My husband and I and 6 of our friends rented the casa 2/11/12-2/18/12, and had a fantastic time! Located a few hundred feet from the Pacific Ocean, the house has a fantastic pool and plenty of fabulous outside space to enjoy the ocean view and fabulous sunsets! The rooms are spacious and clean. They come with a mini refrigerator and a small TV and DVD player equipped with a large variety of movies (not that you'll need them). The bathrooms and showers are spacious and clean. The owners Randy and Brenda are extremely accommodating, helpful and friendly. They live in the apartment on the top floor and do a great job making sure you have everything you need, while giving you your privacy as well. We didn't want to worry about cooking meals, so Randy made sure we had someone there to make all of our meals and clean up when we were finished! We were extremely spoiled with all the wonderfully cooked meals we ate every day (thanks Yami, Carla, Brenda and Fabiola!). The area is safe and regularly patrolled. The casa even comes with "Chu-cho", their mixed breed-part boxer dog, but don't worry; Chu-cho is a terrific dog who will win your hearts with his gentleness, while protecting his house and it's visitors! If you don't like dogs...not to worry, Chu-cho can stay in the carport and you'll never see him. There is a lot to do and see in Nicaragua, from the bars, restaurants, and shopping of San Juan Del Sur to the beach and beautiful sunsets. You can go horseback riding, sailing, fishing, or hire a driver to take you to San Jorge, then catch a ferry to Ometepe to explore the volcanos, Charco Verde or +400 year old churches; or drive to and explore the towns of Granada or Rivas, but whatever you decide to do, you'll have a great time! Seriously, you should try this casa for one day, or two weeks. Either way, you won't be disappointed! "
