"My daughter and I really loved staying at the Saragossa Inn for five nights over New Year's Eve weekend into the following week. Although it is within easy walking distance to the attractions of St. Augustine, the Inn's location is quiet and peaceful. Our room was very comfortable, and we really appreciated the extra sink, small refrigerator, and microwave. The best thing about our stay was the food! We were treated to delicious, generous, and beautifully presented three-course brunches each morning. We were served wonderful cold fruit soups, warm fruit compotes, stratas, au gratins, gingerbread, and many other treats over the several days we were there. Gibbs and Chuck are gracious hosts, and we enjoyed getting to know them. Gibbs gave us several good suggestions about sightseeing and restaurants in St. Augustine. The off-street parking right behind the Saragossa Inn is a great feature that many inns in St. Augustine do not offer. We love St. Augustine and hope to return to the Saragossa Inn very soon! "
