Our stay at Savannah BnB was part of a birthday surprise. I was very pleased that the accommodations and experience were exactly as advertised. I was also very impressed with the staff and how they worked to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Hoping to return to Savannah again and if I do I plan to stay at Savannah BnB.

We had a wonderful stay here. So close to everything. The staff were charming and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Savannah is the most beautifully laid out city we have ever been to.

Pros: 1) Room was very clean. I found it to be much cleaner than other B&Bs I have stayed in. 2) Great selection of rooms with some traditional B&B rooms in main home and some suites with private entrances. 3) I liked how they organized breakfast. You can choose your eating time, you can choose your meal (3 choices of either yogurt with fruit and granola, daily special, or traditional breakfast). You can also sit at a large table with other inn guest (like traditional B&B) or sit at small table with just your party. 4) Location allows easy walking distance to Forsyth Park as well as entire historic district and other squares. Cons: 1) Location is at the very most south/west square. This means you are two blocks from MLK Blvd. which is a bit of a scary part of town. A little shocking when you first drive in. 2) The breakfasts we had (we each had three during our stay) were all pretty disappointing, both in quality and quantity. Not the level or speciality breakfasts you usually get at B&Bs. So if you like to stay at B&Bs for their awesome breakfasts, this one might disappoint you. 3) Parking: is on street only. And to complicate matters, half of Gordon St. gets sweeped Friday night and the other half Saturday night, which means to matter which side you park on, if you stay over the weekend, you will have to move your vehicle at some point in time or get a ticket. Also, I was not comfortable parking as it is a narrow busy street with a lot of traffic. Their website states that if you stay 2 nights or more they will give you a parking pass that allows you to park anywhere in city including garages. So I had planned on parking my new truck in a garage with the pass, but when I checked in, and inquired about the pass (we were staying three nights over holiday weekend) I was told they didn't do that for weekend stays. So I still parked in a garage down the street but it did cost me $45 for the weekend.

I thoroughly enjoyed the quaintness and peaceful surroundings. I wish I had had more time to enjoy the dining and the court yard. Although, I was not able to eat there, they were more than accommodating in getting a morning snack together for me. Would absolutely do it again.

The staff was wonderful, helpful, can't say enough good things about them. The food was not what I would consider good at all but to be fair I don't like french toast nor shrimp and grits but the scrambled eggs were tastless and they never seem to understand what we were asking for. As for the room it was a standard size room and typical for a b&b however if you looked under the bed there was a very thick layer of dust under the bed & the bench at the end of the bed there was crumbs from previous guest nor had the mantle been dusted as when I swept my hand across it dust went everywhere. The bathroom appeared to be clean however the grout was turning black from mildew in spots which is very uninviting. Would I stay here again probably not.

Savannah B&B Inn is beautifully located in a series of old Savannah houses which have been beautifully renovated and furnished and which look out onto one of Savannah's charming squares. The room has all the comfort you could want and there is a lovely parlour and extensive sitting areas outside. Drinks and snacks are always available and breakfast is good and impeccably served. Staff were always friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again if we ever went back to Savannah.

We stayed at the Savannah. Inn B and B recently to attend a family wedding. The Jasmine room was very large and beautifully decorated and clean. The breakfast each morning was delicious and we were allowed to linger to visit with family and did not feel rushed. Our flight came in early before check-in and they graciously held our bags for us to go see the sights of Savannah and even called us when our room was available! Savannah was beautiful and clean as well. The smell of confederate jasmine and sweet olive everywhere. Everyone we met was friendly and we felt safe walking to dinner even at night . Lovely trip!
