As you drive down the quiet street to the B&B, you already have a feeling you made the right choice of where to stay. The Inn was quaint, beautifully furnished and our room (Dr. David Livingstone) was tastefully decorated and included a private balcony. The breakfasts were good (not abundant) and in the afternoon and evening there was always port & sherry available, along with brownies, cookies and candy to munch on. Tea, coffee and sodas were always available. St. Augustine is a wonderful, historic city and the Inn is within walking distance to all. Our host was personable, friendly and knowledgeable of the area. During our 2 day stay, unfortunately, we only saw him when we arrived and departed. The household staff took care of any requests we had. The one negative to this review is that our dietary requests, although solicited before we arrived, fell on deaf ears.

What a wonderful place to stay. Tim went totally out of his way to make us feel at home and comfortable. I have a lot of food allergies and he even shopped especially for me, We will return for a future stay for sure. If you are a bed and breakfast fan, you should definitely plan a stay here.

My husband and I just spent three days at this wonderful B and B. We were greeted very warmly by Tim upon our arrival. The B and B is very welcoming and homey, loved the decor. The breakfast in the mornings was amazing, must try the cookies in the afternoon also. They made sure we were taken care of the whole stay, even booked our kayak trip for us and made sure we had water and sunscreen for the kayak trip. Would definitely recommend this b and b to everyone. My husband and I cant wait to go back.

Thanks Tim & John. So much enjoyed the stay at your inn. Everything was beyond perfection, from your lovely gardens to the well decorated, comfortable and superbly equipped suite, to the great breakfast, and of course your wonderful and warm hospitality. Wished all B7B's were at your standard! A stay in St A would not be complete without lodging with you!!! Regards, R & V

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "At Journey's End". The bed was comfortable, the breakfasts were delicious, and this was a perfect, quiet hideaway after a day of walking and touring St. Augustine. Tim was very knowledgeable about the city and great places to eat. We recommend "At Journey's End" as a first choice to stay in St. Augustine.

This B&B is spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed, and the breakfast is fantastic. It is in the perfect location for exploring historic St. Augustine. We only had one night there and hope to return for a longer stay soon. If you go, be sure to try to book a room here.

Absolutely above what i expected! My girlfriend and I have never been to a Bed and Breakfast nor the Historic District of St. Augustine, and the Inn-Keepers were extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions and navigation. Breakfast was delicious every morning and the room was spectacular. would DEFINITELY return and suggest to friends!

We had spent three months in Florida and wanted to extend our vacation a couple of days in St. Augustine, we are glad that we spent it At Journeys End B&B. The room was small but lovely. The bathroom was very modern. I was a bit warm but once I mentioned it to the owners they quickly adjusted the cooling system for us. The food was very good and the beer and wine in the afternoon was a lovely treat. We would definitely go back if every in the St. Augustine area, again.

We had never heard of the diamond rating for B&B's, but now know that we will look for that rating everywhere we travel. At Journeys end you find it, we found cleanliness, friendliness, and grand location with on site parking. and presented with a flair. Hosts worked to please guests and made you feel at home. A delightful experience; just sorry that we will not travel to the area again, but recommend At Journeys End to all our friends headed that way. G & J from Pennsylvania

My husband and I had never stayed at a B&B before and truly enjoyed our first experience. Tim and John were extremely hospitable and made us feel welcome and at home throughout our entire stay. Breakfast was amazing and the complimentary wine, sherry and port were a wonderful addition to our relaxing evenings. The location of the house is perfect being only a few blocks away from the heart of St. Augustine. I recommend At Journey's End to anyone.

At Journey's End comes about as close to perfection as a B&B possibly can. It all starts with the Proprietor, Tim Milbern (unfortunately, Tim's partner John Gallagher was not there during our visit). Tim is the epitome of a gracious host. From going out of his way to accommodate our late arrival, to the insightful tips on tours, attractions and restaurants, to the outstanding breakfasts, we could not have asked for a better experience. The breakfast Tim prepared was delicious! One of the dishes was so good that my Wife incorporated it into our Christmas brunch. We were in the Egypt room, which has its own large balcony. It was the perfect place to relax with coffee in the morning, tea in the afternoon, or a before dinner drink after a long day of sightseeing. The location also was superb; we were able to walk to every place we wanted to visit. It is on a quiet street close to the City center. The stellar reviews you can see here are accurate: the place really is that good.

Wonderful B&B. We're in our 70s and found the location to be ideally located within easy walking distance of all of the sites. The host Tim couldn't be more helpful in making this a nice stay. We highly recommend that you have Tim arrange a carriage tour of the city. It was nice having complimentary refreshments available 24 hours and a great deck and front porche to sit back enjoy said refreshments. We plan to make this a regular stop between our home in Western N.C. and Jupiter, Florida where we winter in Jan and Feb.

The perfect place... "At Journeys End B&B". Exceptionally clean and comfortable.. The innkeepers made you feel so welcome and shared a wealth of information. It was wonderful staying in the historic district, within walking distance of so much, including the trolley. We were there for two nights. We plan on returning for a three to four night stay. We highly recommenf this B&B with it's warmth and comfort. I loved the patio area. Christine

There should be more than "5 stars" to rate this impeccable Inn! We call the Inn Journeys beginning! The Inn is located in a quiet area just a few blocks from the hustle and bustle which is Historic St. Augustine. The rooms are comfortable and inviting and oh the bed was out of this world! Tim and John go all out to make sure you have everything you need. We highly recommend Journey;s End and plan to stay again very soon!

Our experience at At Journey's End B&B couldn't have been better. It's as clean as a whistle, well-decorated without being too cute, and so comfortable (nice shared space, drinks all day long, chocolate and cookies in the afternoon, wi-fi, very comfy bed and bedding, an easy walk to everything in the historic area, and great advice from John and Tim as to where to spend time in this interesting city. My husband and I would go back in a minute if we were anywhere near St. Augustine.

A group of us stayed here for a friend's 40th birthday weekend and we couldn't have picked a better spot. Very clean. The innkeepers were super nice and the breakfasts were incredible. All of the rooms are unique and spacious. I will definitely be staying here again and I highly recommend it to anyone going to St. Augustine.

St. Augustine is a fantastic city and At Journeys End makes this destination even better. Our room was great, emaculate and even had a front porch on which enjoyed a mid day relaxation. The breakfast was awesome. Our hosts Tim and John were very friendly and helpful.....wealth of information on where to eat and interesting places to visit. Have been at St. Augustine twice and will only stay at At Journey's End for now on.

At Journey's End turned out to be a perfect choice for the two of us. Located in the heart of old town St Augustine, Florida, the inn is also charming: a neat, clean, stylishly renovated old home. The common area and dining room are spacious and attractive. Amenities (drinks, snacks, wifi) abound. Our room was the smallest in the inn, though very attractive and very quiet. The bed and bed linens were very comfortable. The bath is quite up-to-date and in perfect condition. Breakfast was delicious and ample without being at all heavy or over-rich. Hosts Tim and John are congenial and helpful. Next time we're headed for St. Augustine, we'll book At Journey's End.

WE stayed 4 days/3 nighgts at the Inn between Christmas and New years. The Inn was beautifully decorated which proived a warm chrmiing SEasonal feel. We both loved it. We stayed in the Key west suite since we brought our Yorkie. The place was spotless when we arrived, no "sign" of a previous 4 legged visitor.EAch morning , the breakfast was different and delicious. Tim and John arethe BEST at making your stay comfortable and quite memorable.

We loved staying at the Inn. It was decorated so lovely for Christmas, Beautiful side patio and loved the "7 Swans a Swimming'. Tim was so wonderful and always gracious. I am so greatful he helped us find a lovely restaurant for our daughters graduation party and guided us to great dining and fun while in St. Augustine. Thank you Tim for all your kindness! Happy New Year!!!! Gwen

We enjoyed the beauty of the inn at Christmas not to mention the warm welcome and gracious hospitality of Tim and John. The breakfasts were out of this world and the Safari Room was purely delightful. We don't believe there is a better location in St Augustine, quiet and a nice walk to just bout everything. We just can't imagine that anyone doing any better than a visit to At Journey's End. To be sure we will go back. Dan & Tom

This was our first BandB experience, but there is no need to look elsewhere. Tim and John, the innkeepers, were great hosts. The location is great for the attractions of St. Augustine. Liked the location of the Amelia Earhart room--only one on the first floor with convenient morning coffee bar outside our door.

At Journeys End B&B was my first stay and we visited the weekend of the British Night Watch. My son and I enjoyed the spacious Key West suite and the unit was furnished beautifully! Plenty of room for a mom & her 21 year old! :-) Everything is just a short walk away and yet, Cedar St. has the feel of being away from it all. Tim, John, and Laura were exceptional hosts and our every care was fulfilled. The breakfasts are amazing! Culinary treats, for sure!! And, the coffee, oh yes......the coffee is delicious!

We had a wonderful time here. This was truly the best Bed and Breakfast we have stayed at and it is our normal choice of accommodations. Tim and John make you feel special from the time you check in until the time you leave. The breakfasts are culinary treats that is is for certain. We will return can't see staying anywhere else while in St. Augustine.

Before we even set foot in this beautiful home, Tim had already gone above and beyond to accommodate my suddenly larger party of guests. We switched rooms with another guest (luckily, someone we knew!) and spent an enjoyable weekend with the two owners, their lovely housekeeper Laura, and their beautiful dog Morgan! The visit to the city was a first for me, and we were there mainly for the weekends' Pirate Festival. The gourmet breakfasts were absolutely delicious, and I know we never wanted for anything. I felt like family before I arrived, and definitely left family. Tim even insisted that we take beverages with us for our trip home. We will be booking for next year's Pirate Festival, but I wouldn't be surprised if we visit again sooner than that!!! Really can't say enough good things about this lovely home and equally lovely owners. -Monica and David Daly

Kevin and I recently spent a weekend at Journey's End. I am extremely picky about where I stay and my expectations were exceeded at Journey's End. A few comments about our stay: The home is a beautiful, well maintained and loved. We stayed in the Safari Room. It was a nice comfortable size and with huge balcony. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds and the sheets are so cozy you do not want to leave. The location is superb. It was my first trip to St Augustine, so I did not know what to expect. You can be to the heart of St Augustine in a 5 minute walk. Most of the other sights are in easy walking distance. It reminds me of being in Europe - you do not need a car to get around. We did venture out to the Fountain of Youth and the beaches by car and that was our choice. Breakfast is over the top good. You really aren’t hungry for lunch. And free wine anytime, need I say more? Tim and John are very warm and hospitable. Tim offers great suggestions for dinners and sightseeing. You will be pleased with your stay!

This was a once in a lifetime pleasure for both of us. From check-in until we left, the experience was very special. Great hosts, and the facilities were perfect- tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We were given excellent advice about places to visit and about the special charm of St. Augustine. We will definitely plan a return visit- hopefully soon. Thanks guys for making our stay so enjoyable. Kudos to housekeeping staff as well!

We were first time B&B'ers and enjoyed every last minute of it. Tim and John truly have it down to a science. We booked two rooms at the Inn, one in the main house and the larger suite (Key West room) towards the back. The rooms were immaculate, offered comfortable beds, great sheets, and a friendly atmosphere where myself, three other adults and our two smaller children could really take in and enjoy old town St Augustine. The idea of staying in this older home actually added to the whole "oldest city" experience and was an excursion in itself. It was centrally located and within walking distance to almost all the main points of interest in old town. The Innkeepers made us feel like family not strangers in their home. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PLACE and hope to be back very soon to visit. From what we gathered Tim and John have many repeat customers and it is obvious to see why. We have traveled many times and quite honestly have very high expectations when it comes to lodging, but I can honestly say At Journeys End exceeded our expectations. Thank you for giving us a home away from home...Vanessa Raul Mario Maricel and the girls!!

Our stay here could not have been better. Tim was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to help us with our travel plans. We loved the place as soon as we saw it and it just got better from there. The room was so nice and the bed was very comfortable. The food was delicious and we were made to feel at home the whole time. The location was fantastic. We parked our car there and were able to walk everywhere we went. We really enjoyed the private porch when we were ready to relax. We definitely would recommend this B&B and we will be going back

Tim and John do an excellent fob of 'hosting' in this impeccable turn-of-th-century home, with delightful breakfasts, wine, beere, cookies, and delisious Browinies (all home made!). Their recomendations for dining are "spot-on", and the location is ideal for those of us who like to walk around a new town.

I loved this bed and breakfast. My wife and I couldnt have been happier. I trusted Tim and John to book my wife and I dinner reservations on both nights and each restaurant was amazing in their own way. The rooms at the B&B were great! The bathroom in the Egyptian room was huge and that whole front porch on the second story was our private porch! This trip was amazing. If I ever go back, I know where I will stay.

Tim and John were OUTSTANDING!!! Not only are they excellent hosts, they can most certainly add "event planner" and "make ideas come to fruition" to their resumes. In a matter of just three weeks, our ideas and their suggestions meshed into an amazing (and very affordable) "ultimate proposal" that didn't need to be rehearsed or edited. What an amazing time we had during our stay where my partner and I shared a milestone birthday and proposal of commitment (she said YES! :) Our room was the "cheeky french boudoir and if I didn't know any better, I could have sworn that they added special feminine touches just for us. We actually looked forward to the breakfasts, they were that good - not to mention the stories that they would entertain us with while eating. Absolutely loved the dedication and attention to the details. We look forward to returning....birthday after anniversary after birthday after anniversary....

We are Floridians who have visited St. Augustine for many years and booked a stay several years ago at AJE when our (previous) favorite neighboring B &b B was full. All we can say is.....no comparison!!! AJE has delectable food, location, rooms (love " ours" with private porch), and amenities. Tim and John are wonderfull hosts....friendly yet non-intrusive, knowledgeable about St. Augustine and both with a wonderful sense of humor. They really know how to make people relax and enjoy their stay!

My husband and I have tried out many B&B's in St. Augustine. We have finally found one we love and will not stay at any other. John and Tim were exceptional hosts! This is one of the very few B&B's with onsite parking and everything is in walking distance. The breakfast was fantastic as well. I cannot express enough what a great B&B At Journeys end is.

I have been staying at At Journeys End Bed and Breakfast for years! So enjoy the hospitality of Tim and John!!!! and new family addition Morgan! I feel like I am at home! You must stay sometime!!!! DJ

We have stayed with John and Tim five or six times and each time our visits get better! At Journey's End is the only B&B we stay at when visiting St. Augustine. They give great suggestions and recommendations on places to eat and visit. The breakfast in the morning is always delicious!

At Journeys End is a wonderful place to stay in St. Augustine. I loved the location and free on-site parking. I could easily walk to all the historic sites, yet it is on a quiet street. I have stayed at other B & B's and none hold a candle to the service and friendliness that Tim and John offer. The complimentary snacks, wine and cordials are a nice feature, and the breakfasts are to die for. It is obvious that the innkeepers pride themselves in cleanliness. Be sure to check out the huge outdoor side deck---a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful plantings and fountain. I can't wait to return.

My husband and I vacationed in St. Augustine and stayed At Journey's End for three nights. We could not have asked for a better experience! Location is on a quiet street, but close to everything. We can't wait to return. :)

Tim & John provide quality accomodations along with a delicious breakfast. Cozy rooms at a very convenient downtown location all add up to our strong recommendation to anyone seeking value, quality and hospitality all under one roof! Their location means no need for a car to see all the major sites in town too! We will definitely revisit St Augustine again in the future and our B&B of choice will certainly be At Journey's End! Stop on Inn.......and tell them Jeffrey & Dell send their greetings and salutations. You won't be disappointed.
