Our Key West style two-room Piccadilly Suite features a Victorian sunroom filled with light and a Queen-size cherry sleigh bed, along with a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The sitting room has a Double fold-out bed with custom-made spring air mattress. Sleeps 3-to-4.
The Tea Rose Room features a fireplace with a spectacular oak mantel, classic Persian rug, Italian chandelier and spacious bathroom that includes a Jacuzzi tub for two. Relax in a mahogany King-size bed.
The Tiffany Suite features a Queen-size Victorian mansion pillowtop bed, and a large private bathroom with a clawfoot tub and shower. The separate sitting room includes a Twin day bed and is perfect to sleep a third person. This room is on the second floor.
Snuggled privately in the gorgeous McKenzie Gardens, this newly renovated 1885 cottage is perfect for any romantic getaway: honeymoon, anniversary or any other special occasion! This sweet cottage separate from the McKenzie and Cushman homes, located past the trellis bridge over the pond and under an ivy-covered wrought-iron arbor has a romantic King size bed, a full kitchen and a private bathroom. Lilly's Cottage is just a short walk through Sweetwater's beautifully manicured Florida gardens. This is a spacious, elegantly furnished cottage. It features one King size bed and a Queen size sofa bed (in the full size living room) as well as a fully furnished kitchen with a dining room. Relax in your bedroom by the fireplace or in the Jacuzzi tub located in the private back porch. Lilly's cottage boasts a large bathroom with claw foot tub and shower. Sleeps 3/4.
Stroll through Sweetwater Branch Inn's gorgeous scultped Florida gardens to Mae's Cottage. This lovely one Queen bedroom, one bath, fully furnished cottage features a kitchenette and living area, with beautiful wood floors and trim throughout. Mae's Cottage is also equipped with a Jacuzzi spa tub, a walk-in glass shower and a fireplace.
The wonderfully spacious Aurora Room has an Oriental/Victorian feel with its peaceful aqua tones. The room includes a Queen-sized pencil post bed and a large private 1930s art deco bathroom with original black and white tile floor and claw-foot tub and shower. A decorative fireplace contributes to the charm of this room. This is a Second Floor room; it may be adjoined to Giovanna's Room.
This is a cozy, spacious cottage with a Queen size pillowtop bed. Victoria's Cottage also features a full kitchen with a large living room, a separate dining room, a large bathroom with a claw-foot bathtub and shower, and a back porch equipped with a Jacuzzi tub. Fine wood floors and a fireplace contribute to the charm of this lovely cottage. Sleeps 3.
The beautiful Isadora's Suite boasts cathedral ceilings, and a wonderful turret-room with a custom made window seat to help you enjoy the view. All of the turret-room's windows are beautifully crafted stained glass, designed by McIntyre Glass Works. Sleep in a gorgeous Queen-sized wrought iron Wesley Allen bed and enjoy your large private bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi tub.
Annie's Room: Nora Belle's features 2 bedrooms: 1 King size bedroom (Rosa's: the brown/red one) and 1 Queen size bedroom (Annie's: this green one), each with a private bathroom. There is a common living room area with a double pull-out couch (this whole cottage sleeps 6!), as well as guest bathroom, a kitchen and dining room and wraparound front porch.
Sarah's Cottage: This cozy one Queen-size bedroom with one full, private bath, fully furnished cottage features a claw foot bathtub/shower, a kitchen, a living/dining area with a fireplace, and wood floors throughout. The Cornelia Room has a quilted maple Queen-size pencil post bed, oak fireplace mantel and a twin size sleigh bed to sleep 3. Perfect for a mother/daughter stay! This room is on the second floor.

We've been to Gainesville many times - we are Florida Gators! - and it took a wedding to get us to this beautiful Inn. It was a great place to stay! The wedding and cocktail party were outdoors on their beautiful grounds. After the wedding, we relaxed with coffee and tea in the parlor and visited with our friends. It was so nice to have a nice comfy place to just socialize. Breakfast the next morning was very good. Lots of yummy choices.

We stayed here for my son's wedding in mid March. The entire experience was top notch from start to finish. The wedding and reception went smoothly thanks to the efforts of Sara and Lauren and the entire staff at Sweetwater. The rooms were great and all the food was delicious! Would highly recommend!

We have stayed in the Tea Rose room on two occasions. It is a wonderfully appointed, clean, romantic room in a beautifully restored historic house. The staff is very accomodating, friendly and courteous and the grounds are really beautiful. We enjoyed both of our stays. Breakfast was wonderful and the cheese and wine hour was a special treat. Our privacy was easily accomplished and our stay both times was superb! We enjoyed it thoroughly - especially the jacuzzi tub in our bathroom - what a luxury! We recommend it highly to discerning guests who enjoy feeling pampered when they travel. We are permenantly spoiled!

My husband and I came for our 23rd anniversery. It is beautiful and just what you expect at a Victorian B&B. We stay in the Heirloom room and it also had a great little sunroom and and outside porch. The buildings and grounds are wonderful and well kept. Breakfast was yummy and made you wish you could eat more. We will be returning soon.

I am sorry we were there for just one night and look forward to a return visit. The Inn is fantastic and we enjoyed walking around the grounds and gardens. Very quaint and nice staff, wonderful breakfast prepared in the main house.

This is a complex of houses with rooms and separate cottages, too. We stayed in Lilly's Cottage, which is one half of an old house. It had a wraparound porch with rocking chairs. The cottage itself had a full kitchen/dining area, living room area, large bathroom with clawfoot bathtub/shower, and a great bedroom with a king bed and fireplace (although we didn't use the fireplace). The bed was extremely comfortable. There was also a private hot tub on the back porch, although we didn't get a chance to try it out. The staff went above-and-beyond. There was no remote for the TV when we arrived (searched high and low), but the office staff tracked down a universal and even sent out someone for batteries, and delivered them to us. And this was on Christmas Eve. We would definitely visit this B&B again.

We stayed in the Honeymoon Cottage and found it to be charming. The breakfasts were delicious--flavorful and a good variety. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help with questions and when we had a printer problem, they really stepped up to help. The gardens were absolutely lovely.

We enjoyed celebrating our 32nd Anniversary at sweetwater branch inn. I highly recommend this Inn for any occassion.. The staff was outstanding. The food was very good.
