"My 80 year old mother and I stayed at the Inn at Valley Farms in October, 2011 on a trip around New England. It is a working farm and the farmhouse was beautiful and clean. We went for long walks with beautiful views of fall. Jackie the Innkeeper was great. She was so helpful and friendly and told me how Maple Syrup was made as I wanted to take some back to Australia. All the food she prepared was organic and from her farm. I was so impressed I actually emailed her on my return to Sydney to see if she could recommend a book or email me a particular receipe she had prepared for breakfast. I had the receipe emailed to me within a few days. What also impressed me is that people with a special dietary requirement she prepared meals that were suitable for them to eat. I can't wait to take another trip to New England and I will definately stay at the Inn at Valley Farms."
