" My husband and I had never stayed at a Bed and Breakfast before so we weren't sure what to expect. It turned out to be wonderful! My husband travels for work and can be gone for months at a time and this was the perfect romantic get away for us. Everthing was taken care of. The rooms are small (the bathrom had us in fits and giggles)and the stairs for the loft bedroom are steep, but it made it that much more fun and romantic. The staff was very friendly and anything we asked for they were able to provide extra rolls, butter, soap, you name it! Their lemon and verbena soap was so delicious smelling I washed my hands more than any normal person ever should. The food was scrumptiouos and there was more than enough for both myself and my husband. We had afternoon tea, candlelit dinner for two, and breakfast. By the time we came for breakfast we couldn't imagine how we could possibly eat another bite. I came across a package deal and we were there mid week of December . If you get a chance to do it that way I recommend it. We cuddled up in Christopher's room, ate too much, laughed a lot, enjoyed each others company and I look forward to doing it again."
