    You will find a warm friendly welcome and comfortable rooms in the Victorian farmhouse at Higher Coombe Farm where the Farmer family have farmed sheep and cattle since 1913. We have been welcoming guests to Higher Coombe Farm since 1987 many returning year after year for the peace and tranquillity found here. Relax on the patio overlooking a pleasant garden or in the lounge where you can find a lot of information about the area and local walks. Situated just outside the village of Tipton St John in the Otter Valley it is only 4 miles from Sidmouth sea front and the surrounding National Trust and Devon Heritage Coast. Higher Coombe Farm is the ideal base for exploring East Devon's small towns and picturesque villages not forgetting the historic cathedral city of Exeter and also Dartmoor and Exmoor.
