    Fox House is situated on the edge of Holwell village within a garden bordered by a Cotswold dry stone wall.The gates face the old village pond. Beyond lie trees and pasture. Guests enter through their own front door which leads into the spacious sitting room furnished with sofas and comfortable chairs and a large coffee table. Ceiling height windows look out towards a mature beech tree. Also on the ground floor is a large double bedroom with views over the garden and en suite shower room a guests' cloakroom with loo and wash basin and a cupboard with iron and ironing board. Stairs lead to the first floor rooms a twin bedded room looking over the garden and double room with velux windows. Between the two rooms is a bathroom with shower a large hanging cupboard with fridge and kettle for hot drinks and a small sitting area. All rooms have flat screen digital TV hairdryer tea and coffee making facilities a mini fridge and views over the garden. Bedlinen is 100% cotton bathrooms finished with marble mosaic tiles and the decor a mix of antique and contemporary furnishings in natural colours. Wireless internet access available in the sitting room. Ideal self contained layout for a large familly or party of friends offering complete privacy. Breakfast is served in the dining room with french doors leading out onto the terrace with lawns beyond. In cold weather the woodburning stove is lit in the dining room. Traditional English breakfast is available with an additional choice of fresh fruit freshly pressed juice fruit compote or cereal Home-made jam and local honey is on the table and fresh home-made bread. Holwell is a tiny peaceful and completely unspoiled village. Walk out of Fox House originally built as the village school and you have immediate access to a network of footpaths bridleways and small lanes which lead from the village in four directions making this the perfect spot for walking or cycling. Ample private parking.
