My wife and I spent an evening at the Tudor rose for our anniversary on the way to a conference. The setting was beautiful, the room was excellent including the hot tub which was very relaxing. Breakfast was out of this world and our hosts were very helpful even reccomending a place to eat when we arrived late due to work. Great experience!

We took a trip to Salida as a quiet getaway and got exactly that. This property was beautiful, and quiet! We enjoyed the wildlife including the hummingbirds and the deer that were roaming outside. My husband and I decided on the Henry Tudor Suite which was very good size, and had a hot tub in the room! The breakfast was very tasty and the folks running the place couldn't have been nicer. I highly recommend this for your next stay and will be going back myself for sure!

Just returned from a 2 day stay at the Tudor Rose. We had a great time. Not only is the home attractive on the outside, but the inside is beautiful. Very warm and inviting. Jon and Terre' are great hosts and fantastic cooks, the 2 breakfasts we had exceeded our expectations. Would I recommend the Tudor Rose you bet I would. If your looking for a relaxing escape in a beautiful setting head on down to the Tudor Rose

We bought a living social deal for a nice get away. I was just expecting a nice weekend with my husband but we got way more than that. The owners were wonderful and pleasant, out room was perfect and the bed was so comfy. The views all around we're excellent! We will be back!

The Tudor Rose was a beautiful paradise in the Colorado Rockies! I would highly recommend this experience to any one who is staying in the area. There were beautiful hiking trails, very close to town, yet you feel secluded in nature. The views from the Chalet were phenomenal! Terre` was a delight and extremely accommodating and helpful!

We spend the weekend at The Tudor Rose and it exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was perfect,great room,awesome hot tub and well kept house. John and Terre were the perfect host! We will be back. Its 5 stars!!!

My husband and I stayed at the Tudor Rose for only one night as we were just passing through town on our journey to the Four Corner States and Santa Fe, NM. Our hosts were warm and attentive and made us feel as if we were their only guests, which we were not. Our acomodation was spotless and the beds were very cozy and inviting. The shower was enormous. Breakfast was home made stuffed French toast, fresh fruit, juice, milk and plenty of coffee. Coffee and cookies were available in the evening. My only regret is that we didn't have a lengthier stay.
