"With so many wonderful places to stay in Savannah, Georgia, it was a challenge to figure out where to stay when trying to select something special for a friend's retrurn after working in Iraq for the last year. The Chatham Suite at the Armstrong Inn proved to be a perfect place for celebrating her return given that what she needed was a comfortable place to relax and "arrive" back to the States. The suite is absolutely beautiful, quiet and the attention that Mrs. Monique Armstrong provides to every detail is amazing. The suite is located in a beautiful part of the city where leisurely walks among the cities Squares is conventient and refreshing. Starting the day off with the wonderful pastries Monique provides fresh daily and then strolling down to Forsyth Park or one of the other beautiful squares is so very peaceful and refreshing. On the subject of Monique, she is amazing in her desire to make sure that everything is just right. We talked every day and she offered to help set up carriage rides and to offer recommendations for shows and places to eat. In truth, mentioning Monique's name at the various restaurants is a good thing as she is well known in the community. On a last note, William Armstrong is a local painter and the suite was filled with his art. I also happened to see his paintings in a downtown shop and I must say that his work is a beautiful addition to the suite and would be well worth consideration if you want a quality painting to go home with."
