    Peaceful and Relaxing

    This new B&B is almost a year old and is far away from noise and pollution up in the mountains near Woodland Park. Dean and Kathy have worked very hard to make this a home away from home, complete with a gigantic front room with a roaring fire. James took us on an extensive tour of the house which just blew our minds. We had the biggest room I've ever seen, The Loft, which had a balcony, enormous bed, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, recessed lighting, piped music, ample heating, gorgeous extra blankets, small dining table, two two-seater sofas, and the most wonderful bathroom. They also have garage parking (arrange this ahead of time) and plenty of outdoor parking, free Wi-Fi and we enjoyed a glass of wine in the evening. This B&B is perfect for hosting weddings or any other celebration as there is an uninterrupted view of Pikes Peak across the tree tops, a wrap-around balcony and much more. Breakfast was right off the stove and cooked right in front of us in their exquisite kitchen. I highly recommend you consider this B&B if you want to rejuvenate your soul. Adrienne and Bonnie

    An Amazing Experience for Experienced Bed & Breakfast Travelers

    My wife and I have stayed at Bed & Breakfasts from around the world, and this is easily within our top 3 of all time. Great hosts, amazing food, exquisite rooms and views. We will definitely be back. Thank you Kathy & Dean!

    Great place, super view

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Edgewood. It was spacious and comfortable. The view of Pike's Peak was fantastic. Breakfast was delicious. We walked a little of the wooded area around the Inn. Simply breathtaking. Thank you Kathy and Dean. S.G.
