    Our Japanese Garden Room has a double bed also 1 single bed with a tv/dvd player and couch. There is a private kitchen and is perfect for a family of 3
    This room has a large window with the evening sun. has air conditioning, tv, this is our granville island room

    Good Value, Great Service

    This is not the nicest B & B in Vancouver, but for the price you can't go wrong. The Innkeeper Philip is very knowledgeable of the area. Additionally, the customer service is fantastic - Philip is accommodating and helpful; He went out of his way to assist us. We traveled without a car and had no problems. Abbot Hills is next to a bus stop and close to the sky train. Overall: would highly recommend to someone looking for an inexpensive get away to the Vancouver area.
