Grand Living Bed and Breakfast is the closest Bed & Breakfast only an hour drive to the Grand Canyon National Park, we designed our home as a Bed & Breakfast with your comfort and privacy in mind.     Couldn't be better

    We booked our room from the B & B website so we were unsure what to expect (just went by the pictures). And we were so impressed we wanted to stay all week! Bill & Gloria are such fantastic hosts we could have chatted for hours! Love it,Love it,clean,cozy,relaxing,just what we were looking for and more. No doubt we will be back. Thank-you so much for making our "get-away" perfect!

    Beautiful log home, Orchid room was welcoming and very romantic. Bill and Gloria were so friendly and Gloria is an amazing cook. We will definitely come back again.

    1st Class All the Way - Can't Wait to Return!

    Bill and Gloria are the perfect hosts. From the minute we arrived we felt like family. Our room was beyond comfortable, the food was 5 star and the decor provided for a fabulous tour of many exotic world destinations. Gloria is a wiz in the kitchen and could put many top chefs to shame. We were provided with a map of local destinations and wonderful options for dinner that mirrored the quality and ambiance of the Grand Living Bed and Breakfast. Whether passing through northern Arizona or on your way to the Grand Canyon, this is a destination not to miss. The bar has been set and all future B&B stays have much to achieve to beat out the Grand Living Bed and Breakfast.

    We very much enjoyed our stay at Grand Living Bed And Breakfast. The decor was museum worthy. The room was cozy with a gas fireplace and clawfoot tub in the bath. Antiques filled each room as well as priceless art in my opinion. The Jobs have traveled all over the world and brought home pieces of it to decorate their home. The breakfast was gourmet and the hosts were both friendly and warm. I felt like a guest in their home, and not in a hotel atmosphere. The Jobs feel like new friends and I look forward to visiting them again soon! Williams is a great place to stay to visit the Grand Canyon, Route 66, enjoy nature and relax in a small town atmosphere. Thanks Bill and Gloria! Kenda

       $25.00 Deposit will be applied to room rate upon arrival.

       Your credit card has been charged a $25.00 non-refundable administration fee; the balance will be charged 10 days prior to arrival. If reservation is cancelled within 10 days of arrival, we will refund the total (less $25.00) if we rent the room. If we do not rent the room, credit towards a future stay will be issued; good for one year. Non-refundable fee applies to early check-outs. A charge for clean-up and/or fumigating if pets or smoking are brought into the room.

    Perfect getaway!

    When we were going there, we didn't expect to have our stay so perfect. It is located in a small town and when you get there, it's only fresh air and sound of wind in a forest. Very quiet. Bill and Gloria helped us with finding all information and were very welcoming and nice. Room was very nice, soft bed, big bathroom and warmth came from the fire place in bedroom. Another thing, Gloria is a great cook, so in the morning we had 5 star restaurant breakfast. So, we had a very nice stay and we recommend it to everyone we know.

    Grandliving is far most the best place I have ever stayed in during a vacation. It was my first time in Arizona and without Bill and Gloria, our hosts, it wouldn't be as memorable. They were very helpful during our stay. They provided a map for us with the locations we would like to go to, including the places they recommend the " YOU MUST GO TO". Their B&B is right in the middle of everything: Flagstaff, Grand Canyon, and Sedona. The B&B is VERY clean without a single dust in sight. The decorations, paintings, and furnitures is comparable to what a mansion have. My family and I stayed in the suite for about five days, and it almost feel like home. Everything you need such as toiletries, bathrobes, and even a MAKE UP REMOVER! is already provided. There is really nothing else I could ask for. The breakfast is really a gourmet! My favorite during our stay was the spinach omelette and until now, a chef myself, is still trying to copy the recipe. They have a collection of teas in different flavor, and this is something you wouldn't see at other places. They have a game room for the guests to play and you must play BLOKUS if you ever come at this place. It is totally adddicting! I totally recommend this B&B. There's just too many beautiful things I can say about this place.
