    Una casa grande, de privado con vista al río Hrazdan, con un patio bonito y aire fresco. 10 minutos lejos de la estación de metro de Barekamutyun. 4 dormitorios, cocina, baño, 24 horas agua fría y caliente, televisión. Max 8 invitados un día. Idiomas: ruso, inglés y Armenia. Precio de las habitaciones con baño compartido es de 6000 AMD por persona sin desayuno, AMD 7000 por persona con desayuno. Precio de las habitaciones con baño privado adjunto es 9000 AMD por persona sin desayuno, AMD 10000 por persona con desayuno.

    Nice, Affordable, Clean, and Friendly!

    I stayed here for five nights in September and recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic taste of Armenia hospitality on a budget. The basics: My room was large and comfortable, with a nice view of the gorge. The location is convenient, about a 10 min. walk to the Metro. The free WIFI worked well. The breakfasts were typical Armenian-style, with breads, cheeses, cereal, honey, butter, coffee, tea and some variety each morning (such as omelets or buckwheat). The shared bathroom was clean and modern, available whenever I needed it, and had plenty of hot water. There were no problems with leaving early or returning late at night -- someone was always available to open the door. The real advantages: Zhanna, Boris, and the rest of the family are very friendly, welcoming, and hospitable -- they will look after you and treat you just like family. Staying at Boris's is a nice blend between a family homestay and a typical B&B. Boris gladly handled arrangements for me (ordering a cab, getting information regarding tours, etc.). Zhanna is a dear, kind person and a gracious host. A stay at the B&B is a chance to gain an honest snapshot into life in Yerevan, enjoy the company of the family and fellow guests, and engage in conversations/share experiences. The B&B certainly has more Armenian character and authenticity than a hostel or budget hotel. Tips: Boris speaks excellent English, but he is not always at the B&B, so some familiarity with Armenian or Russian is helpful. There is no sign outside on the front gate to indicate the B&B, only the house number and a buzzer, so you might have a bit of difficulty finding it at first. I would recommend this B&B to travelers looking for a nice, affordable stay and those who enjoy the interaction and idiosyncratic adventure that comes along with any family homestay. It's an excellent value and a unique experience, as you are truly folded into the life of the family.

    Happy 5 day stay in Boris's

    Very friendly family make you welcome in their family home. This is not like a hotel, as you have to pass through the family's living space when you come and go each day. Excellent and varied breakfasts - vegetarian diet was requested and provided. The area is quiet but near to rapid metro system and a great cheap Georgian restaurant is 10 mins walk. One tip: you must visit the Armenian Memorial - a 20 min walk over the bridge - a moving experience. Where would I stay on my next trip to Yerevan? Boris's of course!

    Pleasant and Homey stay in Yerevan

    Want to recommend this B&B. The room was very big and spacious, very clean and with a great view of the river and Yerevan. Shower/Toilet were new and spotless!! Highly recommended :-)

    We stayed for 5 nights. We had a very good time, because the family wa nice and helpfull. Every day a good breakfast, clean bathroom and so on. When it was necessary we got the right help. The place is good for to go by taxi and it is near the metro. They speak very well English. We can advise you B & B Boris.

    The Place to Stay in Yerevan

    I recently had a very enjoyable three-night stay at Boris's Family's Bed and Breakfast. If you are looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay in Yerevan at very good value, this is the place. The hosts immediately made me feel welcome and at home. The guestrooms are roomy, the bathroom is large and clean, and there is Internet access. Breakfast can be arranged for almost any time, and the hostess really aims to please. In fact, the morning I left, I had to leave at 3 a.m., and the hostess wanted to make me breakfast at 2:30 a.m.! I declined the kind offer, but this is typical of the attention you will receive. Case in point is that although I didn't have breakfast, the host still got up that earlier to see me on my way. The family is very happy and willing to answer questions, make arrangements for taxis, arrange trips, etc. The B+B is located in a quiet residental area away from the center of Yerevan, but downtown is only a short and inexpensive cab ride away. The Armenian Genocide Museum, very worth going to, is within walking distance of the B+B, however. Make Boris's your home away form home in Yerevan.
