    A Great Place to Stay on Lake Martin

    Creekside is a small lodge with friendly staff. Richard Davis was extremely helpful upon arrival. There is a small boat launch on the property, a good barbeque restaurant right next door, and other places nearby. The location is right on a sometimes busy highway, so there is a little noise from cars speeding by. But otherwise, expect a serene and laid back stay. A continental breakfast is included, that consists of packaged pastries, coffee and juices. The rooms are very clean and give a very lake-lodge feel. The King Suite is very nice with a full kitchen, all the provisions you would need, large refrigerator, living area, two bedrooms and two baths. Large, new LCD panel TVs with cable channels are throughout. You will enjoy your stay, and Creekside comes highly recommended.

    Love Creekside Lodge

    Everyone should try this place. The location on beautiful Lake Martin is outstanding, and the owners and their employees go way beyond making you feel at home, while at the same time, give you enough privacy to allow for a relaxing and very "laid back" experience. The town is quaint and everyone we met so friendly and accomodating. The rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished. The restaurant next to the lodge was quite good, as well, although it wouldn't hurt to expand on the menu just a bit. All in all....no complaints. We had a wonderful time and are very thankful to the good folks at Creekside Lodge. Definitely worth checking it out.
