Carlsbad Hotels or San Diego Bed and Breakfasts. ~ Thomas C. Anderson, The Pacific Traveler
The Inn at Moonlight Beach overlooks beautiful Moonlight Beach just two blocks away. There are no San Diego Bed & Breakfasts any closer to the ocean. My rooms and suites recall a lovely French Seaside Inn. Each morning I bake warm-from-the-oven pastries for you to enjoy with your home-made breakfast. All this, yet my prices are $50-$75 less than similar accommodations, even though my Inn is closer to the Pacific Ocean than any Encinitas Hotel.Inn at Moonlight Beach is located less than 2 blocks from Moonlight Beach.
Moonlight Beach is the place to watch for surfers, dolphins, whales and fantastic sunsets. We recommend a morning walk on the beach, or anytime to swim, body surf, use our boogie-boards, play volleyball, or just relax and watch dozens (or hundreds!) of world-class surfers. Keep an eye out for Gray Whales and Bottlenose Dolphin.
Sunsets from Stone Steps Beach rival those at Moonlight Beach. Yes, the sunsets at SeaBreeze are amazing.
Learning to surf at Beacon's Beach with Kahuna Bob or one of his great instructors can be the thrill of a lifetime. Google "Kahuna Bob" for his website. Read a book or enjoy the waterfall in our meditative gardens.
