Tuscan Breakfast Strata: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Diced Bread

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (cubed)

  • 8 Eggs

  • 2 1/2 cups Half and Half

  • 6 tablespoons Butter (melted)

  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup

  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

  • 1 cup Raisins

  • 1 tablespoon Sugar

  • 1 tablespoon Salt

  • 1 1/2 cups Powder Sugar

  • 1/4 cup Water

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Step 1:

Melt butter, add to diced bread and toss.

Step 2:

Whisk eggs and half & half together, add seasoning and raisins, add cream cheese. Let sit covered for 15 minutes.

Step 3:

Spray 9 x 13 baking pan. Fill baking pan with bread mixture.

Step 4:

Bake 40-45 minutes in oven at 325 degrees.

Step 5:

Let cool before icing. Combine powder sugar, water, and vanilla for icing.
