Ingredientes

  • 2 1/4 cups Flour
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Dark Molasses
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup Shortening
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • whipped cream for topping

  1. Combine all ingredients except whipped topping in a large mixing bowl.Pour into greased 9" square pan. Bake at 325 for 50 minutes. Cut into squares and serve warm with whipped cream.
