Baked Oatmeal: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Oil

  • 1/4 cup Honey

  • 1 cup Milk

  • 2 cups Oats

  • 1/2 tablespoon Baking powder

  • 1/2 tablespoon Salt

  • 1/4 cup Flax Seed

  • 1/4 cup Sunflower seeds

  • 1/4 cup Raisins or dried cherries

  • 1/4 cup Chopped nuts/almonds/walnuts etc

  • 2 eggs

Step 1:

Mix eggs, oil, honey and milk with a wire whisk, set aside.

Step 2:

In seperate bowl, add oats, baking powder, salt, and sunflower seeds. Whisk around and add cherries and almonds.

Step 3:

Grease loaf pan, cupcake tins or round bowl and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Yummy served with yogurt!
