Valley Farms' Very Best Chocolate Chip Cookie: Dessert

Servings: 15

Ingredients:

  • 5 1/2 oz Butter

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1/2 teaspoon water

  • 1/2 cup white sugar

  • 1/2 cup, packed brown sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 2/3 cup flour

  • 1/2 cup flake coconut

  • 1/2 cup Pecans, chopped

  • 8 oz Chocolate chips

Step 1:

Place butter, egg, vanilla, water, both sugars, salt, and baking soda in a bowl and mix at medium speed until blended.

Step 2:

Slowly blend in flour. Then add coconut, pecans, and chocolate chips.

Step 3:

Form cookie dough into "disks" @ 1 1/2 to 2 inches across and 1/2 inch thick and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for @ 12 minutes or until golden brown.
