French Waffles: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 2 Beaten eggs

  • 1/2 cup warmed milk

  • 4 tablespoons melted butter

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

  • A half loaf of dry cracked wheat bread (works best)

Step 1:

Mix egg batter well. This batter works best when it is a lukewarm temperature.

Step 2:

Take one piece of bread and cover both sides of it with batter, toast it in a waffle iron until golden brown.

Step 3:

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with butter and pure maple syrup.

Step 4:
